Controller Information You’ll See
Each controller displays:
- Name — Serial number or custom name

Why Monitor Controllers
ℹ️
Keep track of your controllers to ensure they're properly connected, whitelisted, and ready for events. A controller showing OFFLINE may indicate a network connectivity issue.
Getting Started
- Click Controllers in the navigation menu
- Review the list of all your DVOX units
- Click the Information button on any controller to see detailed status
- Use the pen icon to rename a controller
- Use bulk actions to manage multiple controllers
If a Controller is Offline
⚠️
If a controller shows OFFLINE:
1. Verify the unit is powered on (arrow light is lit)
2. Check that the Ethernet cable is connected
3. Confirm the unit is whitelisted on your network using its MAC address
4. Verify your network has internet access for the device to sync
5. Wait 5 minutes and refresh the page
If still offline, contact support.
