What's in the Box

Package Contents

Within the shipping box you will find:

  • One (1) DVOX unit
  • One (1) 6ft Cat6 Ethernet cable
  • One (1) 3ft IEC NEMA5-15 power cable
  • One (1) User Manual

Serial and Issue Numbers

On the package as well as on the back of the DVOX unit, you will find a printed label with:

  • Serial number — Unique identifier for your individual unit
  • Issue number — A unique client number you can use when communicating with our service team

ℹ️

The serial number is also used to identify your unit on the DVOX Manager web portal. Keep this information accessible for reference during setup and support interactions.

Where to Find These Numbers

  1. On the exterior side of your shipping box
  2. On the back of the DVOX unit — printed sticker label
  3. In your purchase confirmation email (if available)

Important

Save your serial number for reference. You’ll need it when:

  • Registering your unit in DVOX Manager
  • Contacting customer support
  • Managing multiple units
