The Reports section provides you with detailed analytics and key performance indicators for your events.

- Event Reports — View detailed analytics for specific events
What You Can Track
DVOX provides comprehensive data on:
- Total Visitors — Number of unique individuals who accessed your event
- Total Listeners — Number of unique individuals who listened to audio
- Stream Breakdown — How many people listened to each individual stream
- Timeline Data — Hour-by-hour and day-by-day listener trends
- Peak Times — When you had the most concurrent listeners

- Total attendees
- Total listeners
- Peak listener count
- Average session duration
Stream-Specific Data
- Listeners per stream
- Percentage of audience per stream
- Popular streams vs. less-used streams
Time-Based Analytics
- Day-by-day usage patterns

- Duration of engagement
Accessing Reports
- Click Reports in the navigation menu
- Select an account using the Browse button (if applicable)
- Find your event in the list
- Click Launch Report on the right side of the event
Report Customization
When generating a printable report, you can customize which data to include:
- Day-by-Day Usage Chart — Line graph showing daily listener trends
- Stream Breakdown Chart — Pie chart showing listener distribution
- Stream Timeline Chart — Detailed timeline of active listeners
Exporting Reports
Reports can be downloaded as PDF documents for:
- Presentations to stakeholders
- Historical records
- Budget justification
- Event analysis
Click Export for Print to download a PDF version.
Report Frequency
View reports for:
- Recently completed events
- Last 5 events in your account
- Any event with recorded data

Reports are typically available within a few minutes after your event concludes. Real-time statistics are available in the Dashboard's Live Statistics panel during the event.
